TTS specialise in the design and supply of copper parts including copper cooling elements (cast, forged, machined to meet all needs), copper contact jaws, and copper pressure pads for submerged arc furnaces, and copper launders, burners, etc in co-operation with our German principals Saar-Metallwerke GmbH and Hundt & Weber GmbH. We also supply heavy robots and many specialised products, including molten metal transporters for steel plants, mineral processing plants, and pot room and cast house vehicles for aluminium and magnesium smelters, also anode transport vehicles, in co-operation with our principals GLAMA Maschinenbau GmbH.

Company Record

TTS has supplied equipment, materials and services to Australian and New Zealand heavy industries for 33 years.  Amongst our valued Australasian customers are BlueScope Steel (Port Kembla and New Zealand Steel), OneSteel, Smorgon Steel, WMC, ACI Glass, ACI Fiberglass, Simcoa, Crane Enfield, Port Kembla Copper, Pilkington Australia, BHP Billiton, Temco, Pacific Steel and Pyrotenax.  In co-operation with our German principals, Saar-Metalwerke GmbH, we are proud to be suppliers of copper cooling jackets and slag launder sections to the world-leading WMC Olympic Dam expansion project.
